Life can sometimes be overwhelming and isolating, but you don't have to face it alone. I work with clients who are looking for warm and collaborative therapy, towards practical tools and deeper self-reflection. I offer a space where you'll feel genuinely supported as we work together toward meaningful change.
At the heart of therapy is the power of a genuine human connection. Trust and safety are not just built through structured techniques but also through the intuitive understanding that emerges when two people truly connect. In a good therapeutic relationship, you'll find a space where you feel deeply seen, heard, and understood, where you can process your thoughts and feelings without judgement or conditions.
I support individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including:
-Emotional wellbeing: Managing anxiety, insecurity, overwhelm, and burnout.
-Mental health: Addressing depression, stress, ADHD, addiction, self-criticism, and enhancing self-care.

-Trauma and loss: Navigating bereavement, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions.

My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to you. For example:
-Self-compassion and care: Using Person-Centred Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we might explore how to cultivate kindness, openness, and understanding.
-Your mind-body connection: Gestalt Therapy may help us explore the interplay between your thoughts and emotions, fostering greater self-awareness and presence.
-Exploring life's meaning: With Existential Therapy, we could explore questions of purpose, freedom, and identity.
-Building resilience: Internal Family Systems (IFS) might allow us to work on integrating your different parts, toward inner balance, trust and peace.
-Practical tools: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) could offer strategies to manage stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and improve relationships.
We'll set goals and I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer alternative perspectives, and guide reflections to explore and articulate meaning in a complete and supportive way. My practice is shaped by years of working closely with people and guided by values of openness, care, relationship, acceptance, and empowerment. I offer care, curiosity, and thoughtful challenges to help you focus on what matters most.
I am a qualified therapist with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling from Heartwood Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School. With two years of experience working with a diverse range of clients, I am registered on an Accredited Register approved by the Professional Standards Authority, ensuring high standards of care and professionalism in my practice.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a relaxed, no-obligation call where we can discuss your needs, goals, and any questions you may have about therapy. This is a chance for you to get a feel for my approach and see if were a good fit. We'll talk about the issues you're facing, what you hope to achieve, and how therapy might support you.
Fees
-Online/Phone Sessions: £55 per 50-minute session.
-£10 off for students or individuals on income support.
When I Work
Online sessions are available on Monday to Friday, from 8:00 until 18:00.
